Lynda is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT YACEP and Reiki Master Teacher She started exploring yoga when she began studying with Deepak Chopra MD in Soon after she became a Certified Massage Therapist in CA and opened her first health shop Her desire to share as she learned led to opening an integrative wellness center and co-teaching courses on Ayurveda meditation aromatherapy and other health modalities Lynda assists clients to utilize their bodies natural ability to heal and flourish Lyndas quest for knowledge continues and the integration of Yoga became a natural extension of her journey Lynda loves teaching other Yoga Teachers offering a variety of CEU courses And she still adores teaching Slow Flow Yin Gentle and Restorative Yoga Her background lends itself to a warm safe and meditative journey during her classes The potential she desires for all of her students/clients— bliss.
