Lyndsay took her first yoga class during college.
She struggled through class but stuck with it at the urging of a friend. She soon discovered the benefits of yoga and the value of the effort without the need to be in competition or achieve a perfect version of a pose. A graduate of the Yoga Shanti 200hr & 300hr teacher training, Lyndsay continues to learn and deepen her personal practice. In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, she enjoys the performing arts including dancing and teaching dance, riding horses, and playing with her dogs. Lyndsay holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Toledo.
