Lynn Clauer

Lynn’s practice began many years ago with meditation and was followed by her yoga practice which was self study. Her yoga practice was truly enriched when she went from self study to studio practice. Enlivened by community and strengthened by various teachers whose styles and refinements continued her growth, Lynn views yoga as one of the best forms of health insurance. Lynn now teaches yoga online and locally in Newberg, Oregon. She has studied many forms of accessible and strengthening yoga practices through which she has developed activated, supported, and chair yoga offerings to promote wellness and healthy aging. She incorporates subtle gongs, sound immersion, and vibration into many of her yoga classes and enjoys working with themes that help students learn more about the underlying traditions of yoga.
