I am an Herbalist trained by Rosemary Gladstar, Michael Tierra and Jai Dev Singh.
My training is in Eastern and Western traditions, TCM, Ayurveda and Folk Traditions. I received 200 hour Teacher Certification in Integral Yoga at Satchdananda Ashram-Yogaville. In 2023 I completed 150 hours in training from Science of Self in Meridian Yoga Technique and Extreme Yin therapeutic Yoga incorporating Meridian awareness and acupressure holds within a traditional asana practice.
