Lynn-Steven Engelke

With many years as a school, university, and museum-based educator, Lynn now focuses on offering classes that celebrate the life-enhancing experiences we can all find through yoga. She completed 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs at the Yoga Center of Columbia in 2015 and 2017, the Integrative Yoga for Seniors Professional Training at Duke University Integrative Medicine in 2016, the Yoga for Healthy Aging teacher training with Baxter Bell, M.D. and Melina Meza in 2019, and the Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga training at Kripalu in 2021. In addition to teaching classes in traditional settings, Lynn is a volunteer yoga teacher at a Maryland correctional facility through the Prison Yoga Project.
