I am a lighthearted and approachable teacher with a compassionate approach sensitive to your life stage and personal goals.
Drawing upon my specialized training in awareness & alignment-based modalities, I support individuals in developing practices suited to their unique needs at every age and every stage of life. My specialized training allows me to support each of my student's individual needs during one-on-one training as well as providing personalized attention in small group yoga classes. My diverse training includes a variety of Awareness-based practices with therapeutic benefits including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Integrative Yoga for Seniors, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, Spirit Baby Mommy & Me/Postnatal Yoga, Children's Yoga, Sound Healing, Mindfulness & Meditation Instruction and Coaching, SomaVeda® Thai Yoga, Reiki, TRX Training and SUP Paddle Board Lessons, Excursions & Yoga. I am able to meet each student wherever their starting point may be and I have enjoyed working with children from just a few weeks of age through adults well into their eighties. Allow me to help you discover wellness and joy through proper alignment, self-awareness, and the power of the connection of the body, mind, and spirit. I am thrilled to offer Yoga, Wellness & Mindfulness practices for every age and every stage of life, outdoors or at the location of your choice in and around Marathon and the Florida Keys.
