Hello! I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I also have completed a children's yoga certificate and enjoy hosting classes with parents and littles. Being a mother myself I know how much energy our littles have, and practicing mindfulness within ourselves along with our children can help us all be more compassionate with ourselves and teach our children to do so as well. Yoga meditation, and mindfulness has been my passion for 12 years and I love sharing that knowledge I have and continuing to learn more along the way.
