She has over 3000 hours of teaching in person and is a certified Yoga Alliance, E-RYT 500-hour yoga instructor. Teaching yoga in San Diego, County, California in Carlsbad, Encinitas and Oceanside, Machel teaches up to 120 individuals yoga each week, which includes these yoga styles: Power YogaVinyasa YogaHatha YogaGentle Yoga Machel counts herself blessed to meet so many wonderful individuals through yoga. Her goals is to help each yoga student love practicing yoga, so they continue improving their own Health Journey. Machel also teaches in Spirit Lake, Iowa.She is also the author of five self-help books, including, MIDDLE AGE BEAUTY and LIVE LOVE SOUL with Simon and Schuster Books.Her background in yoga training includes Ayurvedic Health, attention to body alignment in yoga postures, meditation and Vedic philosophy.
