Mackenzies journey with yoga began during a stressful and uncertain time in her life Looking for a way to improve her mental health and find a means of exercise that she actually enjoyed she found her way into a yoga class in Since she grew up as a competitive gymnast and later became a collegiate baton twirler she fell in love with asana practice and it quickly became a daily routine Over time she naturally expanded her knowledge of the ancient practice and it started to become not just a daily routine but a way of life She appreciates the intentionality behind yoga and the connection of breath and movement leading her to primarily practice ashtanga Obtaining her RYT through Yoga Den in she is excited to share her love of yoga with her community!.
