About
I am a single mother of 3 amazing teenagers. I spend my days changing people’s lives through the power of education. I am an avid reader, hiker and student of life. In 2011, I took a Yoga class at my local YMCA and it provided a total paradigm shift.
My life became about balance and counterbalance, from the physical to the spiritual. In 2014 , I added to my BA in Psychology and MS in Higher Education Administration, by completing the 200-hour Yoga teacher training at Always-at-Aum Yoga School. Whether at work, home or on the mat, I can be heard humming 80’s tunes and striking an Asana...usually tree!
