Im strange mysterious quirky different I dont think like most people do I dont assess situations or come to conclusions like most people do I dont act speak calculate sleep eat or live like most people do I dont even love like most people do  Some call me inspirational Others call me insane Some of those some that call me insane might be psychiatrists and psychologists but whatever I can make people laugh And for all of these reasons Im completely special and utterly unique--just like everyone else In December of I received my level teaching certification in Vinyasa Yoga from a little non-profit Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School in Portland OR With a trial by fire approach I was forced to get over my stage fright and teaching fears rather quickly I was offered a studio that was going to shut down because the owner was following her dreams in San Francisco I changed the name and then the location and Stellar opened a couple months later on January th   At this point in my life not only am Im learning more and more about yoga every day Im learning to back down even when I know I&#;m right Im learning to stand up for myself even though I may be standing alone Im learning whats worth fighting for and what needs to be let go Im learning to respond not react; embracing the fact that the only thing I can control is my reactions I am not who I used to be All I am is who Im becoming with each lesson learned as it happens along my path I am humbled by an undying inner peace I never knew existed which I happened to stumble across through yoga and a consistent yoga practice And now I spend my time sharing the keys to open those same doors to ones own inner salvation through the power from within; the strength that was there all along--just waiting to be awakened Honoring the potential in you that is the same as the potential in me Namaste  .
