Malia is a Spring 2019 graduate of the Trax Yoga Vinyasa 200 hr Teacher Training, as well as a 2021 graduate of the My Vinyasa Practice 300 hr Teacher Training.
Malia is also an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor as well as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. Recognizing the need for balance and flexibility in her training re-ignited her love of yoga. She strives to grow in and share her passion for this practice with others. She loves to be active no matter the movement form, and encourages others to be their best selves, whatever that may uniquely be. Her favorite part of her own teacher training was the study of anatomy, as she's driven to learn the intricacies of movement and body structure. She also has a passion to help women move strong throughout the ever changing seasons of a women's fitness journey, whether pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause or beyond.
