Mallorie (Prem Rathanam) Buoy

Initially a pursuit of the physical, Prem's practice soon transformed into an exploration of Self through the holistic approach of Akhanda yoga {https://akhandayoga.com}. Over the past decade, Prem has completed numerous speciality teacher trainings, including yin, vinyasa, restorative, and pre-natal yoga, as well as children's yoga and Yoga Lifestyle Counselling. As an ERTY-500, she has taught in studios and classrooms for the past eight years, and has been a lead faculty member in sixteen yoga teacher trainings (in Canada, Costa Rica, and now India) over the past five years. The Yogic Path is Prem's dharma, and guiding others through the magnificent intricacies of this path brings infinite joy to her heart. Prem’s own artistry shines through in her teaching of philosophy, asana and mystical spirituality. As founder of Gather Sacred, she has become a facilitator for women who embody the desire to follow their hearts as transformational facilitators, yoga teachers, entrepreneurs, artists, risk-takers, thinkers and explorers of roads less travelled. Prem’s depth and wisdom attained from a devoted personal practice permeates through her teachings and will transform the heart of anyone who crosses her path.
