namaste beautiful yogis i am mandy purest borgelt of kansas city i came to my yoga practice through dance and have a bachelor of arts degree in dance from linden wood university in st charles mo i began my practice after a life changing year i spent living in hawaii and bikram yoga kc became my home studio for the next two years in i made the decision to get my yoga teacher training certification and with darryl olive at kc fitness link and a group of incredible yogis i shared my heart and soul and received my hour certificate i began teaching at sumits yoga kc in after another life changing summer with my husband and will be teaching at the lay center in kansas city upon its grand opening in december yoga has changed my life my heart my body and my soul in ways i sometimes find difficult to put in words it is my goal to use my yogi love and wisdom to change the world if anyone can do it its a yogi om shanti shanti namaste.
