Dr.
Mini Kaur Rattu is a State of California Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She graduated from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited doctoral internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston Texas, completing clinical and research rotations Harris County Psychiatric Hospital, Center for Neurocognitive Addictions and Department of Neurodevelopmental studies. She completed her postdoc residency training in California at San Mateo Medical Center in the Department of Medical Psychiatry and Pain Management Clinic. Dr. Rattu also has a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Rattu specializes in trauma and stress related disorders, including Post-traumatic Stress (PTSD), and Anxiety disorders, and works within a cognitive-behavioral (CBT) framework to treat mental health conditions. Dr. Rattu is also a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT-500, YACEP), health educator, mindfulness instructor, and formally trained in Compassion Cultivation and Altruism Research Education (CCARE) and Yoga for Mental Health (YogaX) at Stanford University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Dr. Rattu aims to include culturally relevant program development in her work as a provider in health and wellness. In addition to her work in private practice, she currently enjoys competing in fitness competitions, traveling to international locations, and facilitating programs at health and wellness retreats.
