Taught people sequences that made their body flow into each position while overcoming their own limitations. Taking care of each individual and their posture, correcting and helping them do a comfortable position that works for them while still pushing themselves. Teaching that yoga more than phsyical work, is also more internal where the accomplishments of the body translate to mind and emotions. Yoga is the victory of mind over body. English and spanish classes for all levels. Managed group of 30+ people from all levels..
