My instruction is influenced by my passion for the creative process and the way in which components fit together to form a whole greater than the sum of those parts. My classes encourage a holistic practice that includes linking of breath and movement, attention to individual alignment, and modifications for all levels, as well as pranayama and meditation to restore and rejuvenate the mind and body.
