Marcela has been practicing yoga since the mid-nineties Growing up in Mexico city and relocating to the USA and then Europe in her twenties shes experienced continuous changed stress though out her adult life When she began practicing yoga it gave her a sense of belonging in an ever changing world and this brought her peace and joy Inspired by one of her very first yoga teachers Marcela finally decided to sign-up for a yoga TT in This training back in Denmark where she lived at the moment opened up for a whole new set of inspiration which ultimately would motivate her to become a yoga instructor in She moved to the USA in where shes been teaching and still practices since then In late spring she signed up to continue her yoga education with Jennifer Prugh She has already completed the first part of JOY of yogas hr TT namely hr TT and is in the process of completing the remains hours Marcela is married and a proud mom of two loves hiking loves animals and to do what is within her control to take care of our environment She lives in Los Gatos Ca and often travels to visit her parents and sister in Mexico and the rest of the family on Denmark.
