Marcia Scott PhD As a yoga teacher I offer an adaptive approach to yoga asanas poses meeting each student where they are and allowing students to discover their own level of stability and strength in each pose while focusing on breath and alignment During yoga practices I aspire to create a space that fosters self-acknowledgment peaceful awareness and openness to authentic possibilities I honor my students and all of my yoga teachers who have progressively opened my mind body and spirit to a higher sense of awareness during the course of my -year yoga journey I embody these ideas by exercising patience compassion and a life-long love of learning I welcome students who choose to join me in discovering new revelations along their own yoga journey.
