I also teach Yin-Yang Yoga focused on Myofascial Release to release tension and restore balance.I integrate Qigong Yoga techniques to support self-healing, helping clients reconnect with their body’s natural resilience and energy flow.Beyond physical practice, I offer three contemplative yoga systems:MahaVajra Yoga – a non-theistic practice accessible to the religious, spiritual, or naturalistic, designed to cultivate presence, integration, and resilience.Kabbalistic Yoga – exploring the naturalistic dimensions of the five elements and the Hebrew letters as a contemplative practice for insight and alignment.Savasana for Emotional Resilience – the simplest pose, and often the hardest. Lying still on the mat challenges you to face distractions, thoughts, and tension. Mastering it is a step toward mastering anything.I also teach Yoga Nidra for Deep Renewal, a guided practice that moves beyond the physical body to release tension, restore energy, and cultivate clarity. It’s a structured way to reset and recharge, even for those who struggle to find stillness in everyday life.
