She focuses on helping others learn new ways to effectively manage anxiety, grief, resolve past trauma, increase happiness, and to feel more connected to others in their lives. Marcy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who combines mindfulness techniques, yoga, and her mental health training to connect the mind, body, and spirit She loves teaching Reiki yin, breathwork, and offering sound healing in small groups and with private clients.
