With over 18 years of teaching experience in Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and functional strength training, she is known for clear alignment, smart sequencing, and purposeful movement. She is the author ofThe Book of Vinyasa Flows, Volume 1 and multiple teacher resources, including the Alignment Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training Manual. Marda previously served as Yoga Manager at Greenwood Athletic Club and now teaches in Evergreen, Colorado, while training students worldwide through her online courses and YouTube channel.
