Margaret Callahan is a Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School.
Margaret began practicing Yoga many years ago and began her journey as a Yoga teacher in 2000. She completed several years of teacher training in the Iyengar tradition at the Center for Yoga of Seattle and has studied with many well-known teachers in various styles. She is a Relax and Renew Trainer through Judith Lasater's program and has also completed Elise Miller's Yoga for Scoliosis Training. Because of her interest in teaching adaptive yoga she has completed the Opening Yoga Instructor program through Matthew Sanford's Mind Body Institute. Margaret is a retired occupational therapist and loves the holistic approach of yoga for physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being
