About
Maggie is an E-RYT200/RYT500 with Yoga Alliance.
She is currently based part time in Denver, Colorado and Nosara, Costa Rica. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Functional Mobility, Restorative and Trapeze style yoga classes. Her classes are fun and emphasize functional movement, increasing mobility and helping her students to more deeply understand themselves and their body through "knowing what they know and feeling what they feel." Maggie is also a Pranassage Practitioner. She has taught in a variety of settings over the last 6 years including private clients, group classes, corporate sessions, "yoga in the park" summer series, yoga for brides and presenting at continuing education conferences and workshops. She currently assists teacher trainings at Nexus Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica and Living Soul Institute in Parker, Colorado. She also offers multiple workshops and transformational lifestyle programs throughout the year. Helping people rediscover the beauty of being a multidimensional being is Maggie's passion. She strives to help each of her students see themselves as body, mind and spirit, fully integrated within themselves. She hopes to achieve this goal by offering well rounded classes, Guide Sessions and intensive transformational programs to her students. Maggie is also a certified Health and Life Coach through Health Coach Institute. She uses this complimentary knowledge to deepen the effectiveness of her offerings and to further support the holistic health of her students and clients. A quote Maggie aims to live by is "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."
