Margaret first discovered yoga in 1999 while working as a lawyer in a large Chicago law firm. She immediately appreciated the stress relief and sense of peace it provided. During the next decade Margaret practiced yoga off and on, but always appreciated the welcome break it provided from the stress of working and raising a family. In 2014 Margaret committed to a regular yoga practice after being inspired by an amazing yoga teacher in Scotland. In 2016 Margaret earned her 200 hour certification at the Cityoga School of Yoga and Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. She hopes she can help other busy people make time for themselves and find peace, strength, health and happiness through the practice of yoga..
