Every body is different and everyday our own body is different so I do my best to make individual and group sessions accessible and meaningful I took my first yoga asana class long before yoga became a billion dollar industry and continued off and on until when I began a devoted practice that extends beyond the yoga mat Yoga helped through a difficult period in my life and has become a path of self-discovery I was so moved by the changes I started to experience in my own life that I wanted to share the practice with others I completed hours of Yoga Teacher Training with YogaWorks in southern California between and I started teaching in and and havent stopped I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance RYT Before returning home to Oahu Hawaii I taught in various venues in southern California including gyms on the beach at a resort in public parks and residential communities During the COVID- pandemic I taught online classes from spring to summer I currently teach classes and private sessions in Honolulu Hawaii Yoga is not about achieving perfection in a pose Asana practice might lead you to your path but it isnt the entire path Yoga is so much more Yoga is about showing up for yourself doing your best then letting things unfold as they will.
