Margie Suozzo is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with Yoga Source Palo Alto, a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Margie started yoga at the age of 8, having discovered yoga on public television. She reconnected with yoga in her 20s when she took an Iyengar class and was hooked. Later she trained as a yoga teacher in Austin, Texas with Iyengar instructors, Peggy Kelly and Devon Diederich. And her most recent training was in alignment-based vinyasa, with Hillary Acer of Yoga Source. She now teaches regularly out of a small neighborhood studio and her home, in person and online. She focuses on helping students tune into their bodies and hearts as they move safely through gentle and then more challenging sequences to feel more centered and peaceful.
