Im a Bhakti Yoga instructor with a deep love for strength-based flow soulful connection and helping others feel at home in their bodies My classes blend physical challenge with heart-centered intention offering space for students to build inner and outer strength move mindfully and reconnect to joy As a Latina herbalist and nature lover my teaching is grounded in both tradition and intuition blending the sacred with the practical I believe yoga is for every body and aim to make my classes inclusive empowering and occasionally full of laughter When Im not on the mat youll find me growing herbs homeschooling my kids or geeking out on anatomy and mantra Im here to hold space for your evolution—physically emotionally and spiritually—with authenticity strength and heart.
