Hi, I'm Maria, and I LOVE YOGA! The practice of yoga, with it's countless benefits for mind and body, has played an essential role in my personal growth for about 7 years now.
In January of 2024, I decided it was time for me to share the joys of yoga with others. I had the privilege of completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Nereus Retreat Center in Costa Rica, and am now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. Since then, I have given a number of private classes and have been giving weekly studio classes since September 2024.
