Maria Borders

I want them to be free to create a peaceful space for themselves and their practice through breath and movement.” Maria believes that Yoga is about acceptance for one’s self, helping her students to find their connection to an inner peace one breath at at time. Maria is married to Jeff Borders who is another Yoga teacher. They have three children. She is an Idaho native with strong ties to the military community. Maria has been practicing yoga since 2014 and received her RYT-200 from Essential Hot Yoga (EHY) in 2016 and recently became a E-RYT200. She is in the process of obtaining her RYT-300. Maria is the YogaSix Idaho RYT-200 Teacher Training Program Coordinator and teaches a variety of classes YogaSix: Military Veterans Class, the Hot Signature class, Vinyasa and Yin. Maria continues to generously gives back to the community and practice that has given her so much.
