I FLOW with LIFE I am a Venezuelan resident in Miami Florida USA. They consider me one of the main figures in Latin American contemporary art. Graphic designer, visual artist and photographer with more than 25 years in the art world. My creativity, productivity and innovation is constant. Immersed in the deep spiritual perspective of peace. They make me an enterprising woman, mother and grandmother. One of my passions, apart from art, is to give yoga and meditation to children and adults integrating it with art. I have several years of professional and spiritual preparation. I have completed 200 hours of teacher training at OM Factory NYC. I think yoga and meditation are unique mind, body and soul experiences for detoxification and balance release. I teach breathing, meditation, mindfulness and gentle yoga to children. I have been to India several times. I have been on silent retreats at Oneness University Chennai, Himalayas, and Rishikesh. They have been wonderful experiences. It was during these trips that I began to discover my true world. A world of harmony and beauty. Of light and love. Of strength and wisdom. A world that is mine. The one I decided to enter little by little: where are the splendors of my soul. This world makes me an integral woman where I experience my well-being every day.
