Maria Hillier is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Maria completed her 500-Hr YTT Advanced Teacher of Yoga in May 2022 with Ajna Yoga Teacher Training Centre (Victoria, BC), 200-Hr YTT (Vinyasa and Hatha) in February of 2016, 50-Hr Yin YTT in February 2017 (with Bernie Clarke) and 100-Hr Yin YTT (with Stephanie Calhoun) in February 2018. She is currently enrolled in Ajna Yoga's 800-Hr Yoga Therapy training program. She is excited to teach yoga in the St. John's Metro region. She currently teaches at Nova Yoga, Embody Yoga and Wellness and privately as well.
