I started teaching in and have taught classes on a college campus in fitness gyms and in my yoga studio in my home My teacher training includes hour Sivananda Teacher Training through the Sunflower Yoga Company and hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training through Blue Heron Wellness Various specialized workshops and stays at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch in New York and the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas have enhanced my own practice and teaching of yoga I receive tremendous satisfaction bringing yoga to all people and helping them develop their capacity for their own mind body spirit connection I also enjoy teaching yoga to pregnant women as I was a certified childbirth educator for years The heartfelt and positive feedback I receive from students motivates me to teach as much as I can.
