I completed my 200 hours in 2018 but have taught fitness classes since 2012. I started as a college student and continue what I love to do. I have a background in Yogafit as well as other forms such as Barre+Yoga, Power Yoga, Gentle Yoga. My personal interests are Trauma Informed Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Currently, I am a part-time preschool teacher as well as a Barre/ Yoga instructor.
