Traveling through a rich and transformative yoga journey spanning over two decades, my story reflects the profound impact that yoga can have on one’s life and the continuous learning and growth that comes with it.
Embarking on a yoga teacher training journey, especially with renowned teachers like Jason Crandell and Tiffany Cruikshank and exploring various styles such as Yoga Tune Up and Yoga Medicine demonstrates my commitment to deepening my understanding of yoga and it’s therapeutic aspects. The cultivation of a strong personal practice integrated with the principle of svadhyaya (self-study) emerge through my teachings with the emphasis on balance, both in the terms of physical movement and mental well-being. By being committed to ongoing education, I stay current in the field and provide the best possible guidance to all students. In my teachings, you can expect a practice focused on strength, function and range of motion while going further towards a holistic approach that goes beyond the physical postures, to address and inspire your overall well being.
