I started practicing yoga while I was in law school and inmediately fell in love with it Finding a workout that exercised my body as well as my mind and my soul at the same time was a game changer for me I kept praciticing on and off as a hobby until when I decided to deepen my practice I have dealt with chronic migraines my entire life and I wasnt finding relief with traditional medications I decided to take a teacher training for myself and fell in love even more with yoga and its teachings The most important thing that yoga has taught me is to always be a student The opportunity to start teaching was presented to me so I took it Since then I dedicated my life to the practice of yoga I love teaching it and everything that comes from it getting to know my students meeting new people and the relationships you gain from yoga!.
