Mariah Rose completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training from Zen Yoga Garage in the Spring of 2023, 75hr mentorship focusing on trauma informed instructing, meditation, somatics, and breath in 2023, and with Nidra training in 2024.
Mariah discovered the power of sound meditation and healing, and was called to integrate into her yoga and healing modalities. She currently teaches weekly yoga classes along with hosting various workshops, classes, and sound bath meditations. Mariah Rose fosters a safe environment to explore authentic expression through various yogic modalities and encourages venturing into the depths of Self through the mind, body and spirit connection.
