I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness for 15 years and have been teaching for 8 years. I teach several weekly in person studio classes as well as lead local and international Yoga Teacher Trainings. I am currently teaching my 5th 200hr YTT with my 6th to follow this March of 2024 in Costa Rica! Along with yoga, I love all things health + wellness and am in training to become a certified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My top 5 values are: freedom, connection, gratitude, exploration and wisdom. These serve as my foundation for my teaching as well as the way in which I live life.
