I have been teaching yoga and meditation since guided by the wisdom of many inspiring teachers including Deepak Chopra Wayne Dyer Sadhguru Paramahamsa Vishwananda Dr Joe Dispenza Doug Keller and many others Their teachings combined with my own life experience have shaped the heart-centered path I share today I am the founder of Selphica a healing space dedicated to yoga meditation and natural wellness On the property we hold classes and workshops in the Yoga Cabin walk the Labyrinth and honor the sacred Medicine Wheel Surrounded by healing herbs and the creation of nourishing elixirs Selphica is a sanctuary for cultivating harmony of mind heart and body I am also the creator of Heart Coherence Yoga a unique practice aligning breath movement and awareness with the wisdom of the heart This work is expressed through my book Heart Coherence Yoga and the accredited Heart Coherence Yoga Continuing Education Course YACEP with Yoga Alliance My intention is to guide students into deeper self-awareness connection and healing through yoga meditation and the intelligence of the heart.
