I am graphic designerd by trade and a yogini by heart.
My yoga journey started a few years ago after I attended my first class with my sister. Due to a minor slipped disc in my lower back, rehabilitation sessions introduced me to a few yoga poses but it wasn't until I had a full experience that I found my true calling. Since then yoga has become a part of me and I consider the practice a daily ritual. From this I have learned patience, kindness, endurance, spiritual guidance and self confidence. I encourage everyone to find a path that makes you feel happy inside and out. I also hold certifications in Yin Yoga, Reiki Usui System and StandUp Paddle & Yoga. I invite you to practice with me to awaken your spirit, refresh and energize.
