Marie Benoit is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Marie Benoit began practicing yoga in 2002. In 2008 after graduating from Spectrum center school of massage, marie began her journey practicing and studying under various instructors in her local town in Lake Stevens Wa. at Raindrop Yoga and Lakeside Massage Studio (2012). In 2019 Marie purchased Lakeside Massage from the owner Shannon and continued to massage and teach yoga. In 2019 marie decided to take her teacher training with an yoga alliance accredited school in Marysville Wa. at Best Bet Yoga and Spark Hot yoga. While continuing with a holistic wellness approach to a medical massage clinic, yoga was an integrated part. In 2022 Sankalpa bhogah was created as a retreat platform and turned quickly into a yoga studio and holstic wellness practice. We are now a thriving part of the community and look forward to uniting our students and instructors from within
