Marie Gartshore is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Marie began teaching yoga in 1982 after an eight year apprenticeship with an accomplished teacher in the Integral lineage. She has been teaching in various studios, health clubs and community education programs since. She acquired her certification in 2004. Marie also teaches meditation and is a Level II Reiki practitioner. Marie can be found lately in the Nanuet Community Education program on Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7pm. Marie also teaches a lunch-time yoga class at BMW USA Corporate Headquarters. Private sessions can be made by appointment by emailing [email protected].
