Through my personal experience of severe pain caused by injuries from multiple car accidents, I studied extensively the anatomy of the spine using myself as a tool of reference.
Coming to the conclusion that through assessment you can reveal which motions and which postures and what loads trigger pain I did this for herself and once my level of understanding had been acquired I organized movement training through my Yoga Teacher Trainings. My Yoga trainings address the cause of pain, and I train my students to find the cause of a persons pains, the habitual patterns that a person does which cause it , then we focus on training the person what is necessary to stop that movement to allow the pain to wind down. Through this I created a roadmap of how to build people's bodies to become resilient, Creating appropriate mobility in conjunction with stability, teaching the person how to move properly to use the joint not over use it. Teaching people how to distribute the stress in their body away from the part that is compromised. Creating movement wisdom is my passion and mission in life.
