I have been a body worker for years beginning with my career as a collegiate rowing coach I have certifications with the Prison Yoga Project Connected Warriors and YSR I teach in high schools detention centers and I work with elite athletes and office types to help them optimize their body/mind connection I received my hr RYT from Heartwood a hatha yoga school in Sarasota FL I got my hr RYT with Dice Iida Klein Briohny Smith and Claudine and Honza Lafond I have taken trainings and workshops with a broad range of teachers: Judith Lasater Noah Maze Tias Little David Regelin and Seane Corn I love accumulating and applying knowledge and I have dedicated my life to sharing yoga because it has taught me how to manage stress joy grief obstacles and constant change- all integral to the human experience See you in class!.
