Over the years, her practice has been anything but linear—sometimes steady, often interrupted, and always returning. Like many, she once felt discouraged by the lack of consistency, but came to realize that stepping away and coming back was part of the journey itself. Through this rhythm of ebb and flow, she discovered that yoga always meets us where we are.For over two decades, Marisol walked alongside learners in higher education, helping people find their rhythm, uncover their potential, and step into new possibilities. That same passion for education and lifelong learning spills into her teaching on the mat. Her classes invite students to arrive as they are, with curiosity and compassion, and to discover what unfolds when mind, body, and soul move as one.Her style is intuitive and invitational, guiding students to root into themselves, honor the light within, and rise toward their fullest expression of self—on and off the mat.Beyond yoga, Marisol delights in time with her dog, Manny, experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring new cuisines and cultures whenever she travels.
