Her journey began with meditation in 2019 which sparked her interest in mindfulness, breath work, and eventually led her to asana. Marissa feels passionately about the way yoga aligns the mind and body, which keeps her feeling fully present and connected. She is excited to share these experiences with others and continue creating a space where everyone feels welcome to explore their own practice! While she finds both alignment and strength throughout all of yoga’s physical postures, she particularly enjoys practicing arm balances and inversions.
