Markus Parizo served 14 years in the U.S. Army and 3 years in the Maryland National Guard. Markus currently resides on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where he also teaches yoga. When I found Yoga, I found healing and improved wellness for myself and my family. The benefits have been so incredibly, it inspired me to complete my 200 hour Teacher's Training Course. Now I am excited about the possibilities of sharing Yoga with others.
