I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for the past 10.
I’m certified in Flow, Stability, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, and Raja Yoga—each offering a unique path for students to connect more deeply with themselves. My teaching is rooted in personal experience, consistent study, and a deep respect for yoga as a spiritual path. Whether through movement, stillness, or meditation, my intention is to hold space for growth, healing, and self-awareness. I guide students with compassion, clarity, and a belief that yoga meets us where we are—and leads us exactly where we need to go.
