Martha completed training with Baxter Bell and NIna Zolotow in 2016 and is certified to teach Yoga for Healthy Aging. Martha's classes both online and in person are alignment based and accessible to a wide range of physical abilities. Martha enjoys taking students on retreats both locally and internationally and will continue to offer retreats that focus on building the yoga community in beautiful settings.
