I completed my 200-hour registered yoga teacher training at Johns Creek Yoga to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
I am trained in Kripalu Yoga and offer yoga practices that are adaptable to all types of yoga practitioners. I also am a certified Yin Yoga Teacher. I believe yoga benefits all people if care is taken to understand the needs and nuances of each of my students. My practice and teaching focuses on self awareness, physical health and spiritual awareness. Join me to strengthen your mind, body and soul.
